Shipping
We provide nearly complete world wide shipping, including residential and commercial address deliveries in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Flat rate shipping charges and free shipping cover the 48 Contiguous United States only.
Upon receiving an item, if the item appears to be damaged or you are uncomfortable in any way with the way your item has arrived, DO NOT sign for it. Please refuse the shipment and allow us to take your concerns up with the shipping company. Once an item is signed for, you have agreed that your are satisfied with the shipment and have verified that there is no obvious damage. This is especially important on LTL shipments (engines). If the engines does not arrive in an upright position and securely strapped to a palette or in a crate, DO NOT sign for it. Please refuse the delivery and contact us.
Returns Policy
New unopened Engine Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any Affirm Restocking Fee if applicable). Items must be returned in same condition received. The original packaging must be completely intact. You are responsible for the return label fees.
Parts produced by Titan Engines, such Crankshafts and Cylinder Heads, have a limited return/warranty window of 30 Days.
Generally, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). However, most refunds are completed more quickly than this.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund status and eligibility.
Returns are not accepted on Engines, Stroker Engines, Stroker kits, custom builds, High Performance engines, or any items requiring machining.
Affirm Restocking Fee
All Engines & Items purchased with an Affirm financing option that are requested to be canceled or returned will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 8% of the total amount of the purchase price.
